The Silver Service Plan allows customers to determine up front, how many hours they would like to purchase for support and consultancy. Hours used are captured and invoiced monthly and called off the amount purchased. The customer can top up hours as many times as per need during the life of the service contract.

Optional Consultancy on T&M Basis
The Gold Service Plan allows customers to pay a fixed annual amount for support service, simplifying budget and spend for the year and reducing administration of the support service. The Gold Service Plan allows the customer to raise an unlimited number of support calls, within the scope of the service, under the fixed price agreement. Additionally, a number of consultancy hours can be purchased at a fixed rate and called off as required.

The Platinum Service Plan is reserved for our hosted customers. Offering the same level of support as Gold, the Platinum Service Plan also covers support of the hosted infrastructure, physical, virtual and cloud solutions.
